Subscriptions are handled by Apple: iPhone Settings › your name › Subscriptions › YourNextJob AI. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends to avoid the next charge. Refund requests also go through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Open Settings › Restore Purchases in the app. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple Account you purchased with. If it still doesn't unlock, email us and we'll fix it.
Yes. Your documents are stored in your own account and are only sent to our AI provider to generate your results. We don't sell your data, don't use it for advertising, and don't train models on it. See the Privacy Policy.
In the app: Settings › Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and all associated data from our servers. You can also email us and we'll do it for you.
Check iPhone Settings › YourNextJob AI and make sure Microphone and Speech Recognition are both enabled. Transcription happens on your device.
