SendReady Privacy Policy
Last updated: 27 September 2026
SendReady is made by Sujeeth Mahesvaramoorthy ("we"). This policy explains what happens to your information when you use the SendReady app on iPhone and iPad.
- Your documents are processed on your device. We don't upload them anywhere.
- We don't collect personal data, and we don't use analytics, advertising or tracking.
- There are no accounts.
Documents you open
When you open a PDF, SendReady reads it on your device to show it, check its pages, apply your edits and check the exported copy. The original file is not changed. The new copy is kept in the app's temporary storage until you close the document, and it's deleted the next time the app starts. Anything you share or save is sent where you choose, using the iOS share sheet or Files. We never receive it.
Text that was under an area you redact is held in the device's memory only while you're working on the document, so the app can check that it no longer appears in the exported copy. It isn't stored or sent anywhere.
Drawn signatures stay in memory for the current document only and aren't saved.
Information stored on your device
SendReady saves one setting on your device: the date you last used your free weekly document. It never leaves your device unless your device backup includes app data.
Purchases
If you buy the unlock, the payment is handled by Apple through the App Store. We don't receive your payment details. The app asks Apple whether your Apple Account has bought the unlock so it can turn on unlimited use. See Apple's privacy policy for how Apple handles purchase information.
Network use
The app connects to the internet only through Apple's App Store services, to show the price, make a purchase or restore a purchase.
Children
SendReady isn't directed at children and doesn't knowingly collect any information from anyone.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date above.
